Review - I am planing to move to this Newport or Exchange place area. My friend suggested this Mandalay building. Anyone knows how much is 2 bed 2 bath renting in this building? came across an ad in weichert for $2750 per month (for southern exposure high floor unit). Feels like this is good deal for this building. Let me know please.

Review - Hopefully, you will never need anything delivered/moved-in outside of the hours of Mon-Fri 9-5. The rules are ridiculous... How many business professionals are available during that time frame to accept deliveries of furniture or new purchases? They are completely inflexible.

Review - Hi, I just bought a condo in Mandalay on the Hudson and moved in. Sales office did a great job, but they have a horrible management officer. that is the major drawback, otherwise it is the best place to live in jersey city.

Review - Bought a unit this summer and just moved in. Love the place and all the amenities. Its close to the Path and the river front walk. Pet friendly building with floor to ceiling windows. Can't beat the value on this place compared to the overpriced new buildings that don't have a view are still in the up and coming area.

Review - Mandalay is a great buy for anyone who works in NYC. Its not the newest building in the area but its the most affordable for 1 and 2 bedrooms. Its close to the exchange place and pavonia station. I'm a flight attendant that is only looking at units near a path station.

Review - The majority of the units in Mandalay face either north or south. The construction of a building to the east will only effect the units on the far east side of the building that currently have a full view (north, east, and south) of the city.
I've been looking at buying a unit in 'AS IS' condition so I can do the upgrades myself. The building was built in 1999 and the kitchen isn't outdated. The main change I would want to make is rip out the carpeting and put in hardwood floors. The units have stackable washer dryer and a deeded parking spot. THese are the main characteristics I'm looking for in a condo. The great view is just gravy.

Review - Customer service was nice. Sales office is small but very nice. Apartments are not great. At 1200 sq ft for a 2 bed 2 bath, you're in a tight space. And the kitchen renovations are nothing to write home about. The views are nice enough, but the size of the apartments are tight.

Review - They are finally making sales appointments for current renters. I'm not sure what i'm going to do yet with a new Tower being constructed directly in front of the building. Does anyone have any information on the new construction?

Review - Has anyone noticed the test boring truck on the vacant land between Mandaly Bay and the Hudson. I spoke with one of the supervisors today and was informed that they are planning on building a hi-rise taller than Mandalay bay which means the units facing East and South will be blocked from views of the city.
