Review - I have been to Nine several times since it has opened.
It is one of the hippest lounges in Hoboken. I like the fact that it is a lounge-type of a place and not a sports bar. Nine tends to have a slighter older, more sophisticated crowd. Everyone who goes there is well dressed and polite - no baseball caps or sneakers or young students. It is a great place for people who are a little older. Music is pretty good, much better compared to most other places in Hoboken.
Food is very good. It's very reasonably priced, satisfying and above par compared to most other places in Hoboken. The service is decent. The staff tend to be quite young and a bit inexperienced (one server did not know how to uncork a wine bottle), but the wait staff usually tend to be very helpful and enthusiastic.

Review - This is a very hip lounge, it is very well decorated and is a lot of fun. They serve a limited menu (note the score) - appitizers and desserts. I happen to enjoy this though. The food they did have was excellent. This is definitley on the A list in Hoboken!!!

Review - Awesome new place in Hoboken. Feels and looks like a Manhattan lounge! Great look, feel, drinks and food, great service from a great looking staff. Sure win for Hoboken. It's nice to get away from the usual Pub or Club scene. Highly recommend!

Review - Completely setting bar ten times higher in Hoboken - Loungey feel, candles, and chill tunes all contribute to the inevitable success of the newest spot in Hoboken. Go to the back and hang !! Quite spacious, and you can find your own corner in this place - Hopefully a sign of things to come in the city of Hoboken......

Review - The place is the perfect date place. Great food, great music and great mojitos. Friday and saturday nights are the best nights to go but they have great drink specials during the week. $1 coors light drafts! Who knew anyone did that in hoboken anymore?

Review - The employees and owners need to stop flooding this system with their own lame reviews. The place is nicely decorated...but its tiny....so if you want to be stuck in a nicely decorated shoebox with other people go for it. Sound system is terrible...

Review - Checked out this place because of all the hype and reviews from this site. Went on a saturday at 11 waitedto get in. The place was packed......but the place is also TINY!!! There is absolutely no space to do anything, it's ike a tiny maze through thin walkways...and then the restrooms are up 2 flights of stairs...... I realize now most of these reviews are made up by employees and owners. Well here's your first unbiased review. ---Decent trendy design, terrible setup for a crowded weekend. Might be decent during a slower weekenight. Sound system needs upgrading

Review - I am so impressed with this place. My boyfriend had a private party upstairs and the bartender was more than happy to be working. The whole setup, from managers to staff, is very accomodating and friendly. I can't wait to go there this weekend.

Review - Nine is a cozy lounge that has an awesome atmosphere and a staff that is having almost as much of a good time serving us as we did drinking!! If you get there before 10 they have a great Tapas Menu (apps & deserts). Personal favorites - chicken satay, hanger steak salad and choc lava cake!!!!

Review - Great NYC-type lounge in Hoboken...something Hoboken doesn't have. The food is outrageous! I recommend the primavera pizza, calamari citrus salad and vegetable dumplings...mm good. The atmosphere is wonderful, dimmly lit with candles throughout the place. Did I mention the music...its awesome! The service is excellent...all staff are full of smiles and very friendly. It's nice to have a place to go to and get dressed up. See you again NINE!

Review - NINE has outdone all bars in Hoboken! Nothing compares to NINE from the staff and service, to the AMAZING decor, to the GREAT food- NINE is a 10! I reccomend the Chicken Satay or one of the Salads! A Hoboken girls dream come true (and where there are girls the guys shall follow), a nice upscale lounge! Oh and there are flat screens abound for you guys. ;)

Review - SoHo meet HoBo(ken). Just a beautiful place with a chill vibe. Did not try any food as you can tell by my score but the decor was amazing & the service was great (bartender in the back was really cool & so cute with his curly hair:) Doorman was friendly and waitresses were so sweet. Welcome to HoBoken Nine! The girls and I do not need to have to take the path to go to a real lounge!
