Review - Sobsey's is a real find. Mike and Mac select the best variety of produce, epicurean items, cheeses, and meat/fish/poultry for their store. They know the names of all their regular customers which makes the environment very personal and friendly. You can find everything you need to put together a perfect gourmet meal in this terrific store. The organic chicken cutlets rock.

Review - The folks at Sobsey's couldn't be more accommodating. There is nothing better than being able to go in and ask Michael or Mac which fruits/vegetables are the best bet. They have never led me wrong! They also deliver. One of the kinds of places that makes Hoboken so great.

Review - Old fashioned customer service at Sobsey's Produce. Michael picks the best he can find and it shows. He remembers his customers personal favorites. He lets you know if the apples are exceptional or a little tart. Honest and helpful and truly concerned about selling the best. Sobsey's Produce is a fantastic store and when I visit New Jersey it is a must stop.

Review - Best store in hoboken for food lovers...i've had nothing but amazing food from this store. The organic chicken cutlets are the best chicken i've ever had in my life. Also highly reccomend any of the lamb or seafood. Everything is fresh and delicious.

Review - Best seafood in Hoboken bar none. Also excellent special meets (the veal chops are unusual and inexpensive). Great fresh veggies and fruit with many seasonal specialty throughout the year! Michael and Mack have many long term customers which attests the quality of their food (Michael picks all the fresh food himself at the market several times a week) and the friendliness of their service. If you are a foodie there is nothing like Sobsey's in the tri-state area.

Review - Ok, I was looking for top notch fruits in boken and checked out this site. Sobsey's seemed to be the hands down winner. I had passed the store a hundred times, but never went in. I did, on this site's reco, and let me just say this. There's only one thing crazier than spending $1.75 for a single great peach and that's spending $0.75 for a so so one. Yes, I thought the price was too high, but it was one of the best damn peaches I've ever had. I'll definitely be back. I'll rob a bank first, but then my first stop will be this place.

Review - Incredible selection! This store & the service are definetly the best in Hoboken, probably in the entire state of NJ. The best of everything in small quantities - at fair prices! Don't know how they do it!

Review - This is my absolute favorite store in Hoboken. It may be a bit more expensive, but the service and quality are completely worth it. It is a pleasure to shop at this european-like gem of a market.
