Can you provide some suggestions? I tried to go with State Farm, but they will not cover this area in Jersey City apparently.

Call the management office and you can go through the same agents that provide the building insurance, or you can just call around. You will find something as there are many companies.

You should seriously ask this question on the google owners board.

Yes. You should contact management to gain access. The board has been up and running for about a year. It's nice you finally crawled out of your hole to see some light. Its too bad there are residents like you that have absolutely no clue what goes on in the building.

It's being posted because there was another flood last night in the "F" line, and the homeowner apparently doesn't have insurance.

Anyone have any issues with State Farm? I called an agent and they said they don't provide insurance for any buildings in our area due to flooding issues.

Do you not have insurance already? Seriously get with the program! I don't understand how anyone doesn't have insurance. This amendment should be passed without any issues; nobody should think twice!!!
