Have been thinking about buying at 700. Someone mentioned law suits by Zephyr lofts. Could these suits effect residents of 700 ( for example higher maintenance) or are these suits a problem of the builder???

Correct -- its between Toll and Zephyr. Both dirty organizations..so will likely drag on for a while.

700 Grove is not involved at all, except for the obvious indirect impact of being neighbors and 700 grove residents may be impacted by some Toll decisions regarding parking, etc. But overall, shouldn't impact a buying decision.

Toll is going after Zephyr because the Zephyr Condo Association defaulted on several agreements including paying for parking in the Grove Garage and paying to use Grove's lower courtyard.

700 Grove condo association is solid and there are no law suits against us.

You mean Zephyr is going after Toll? Because if you knew what you were talking about you would know that's the case. And no, this doesn't affect buying in 700 Grove. It's a matter of the developer not living up to their promises. But what else is new with any developer?

Yes they are using the courtyard, no they are no longer parking in the garage.

Yes Zephyr residents no longer have parking spaces in 700 grove deck.
Many Zephyr residents do rent parking spaces from 700 grove residents including myself. I pay $200/month which is a little steep but convenient. We still use lower courtyard. Don't know how they could prohibit that without closing off back of Zephyr lofts. This would probably be fire violation?

I rent my 700 Grove spot to a Zeplin. He's nice.
