Anybody else having issues with CBS and FOX in HD? This is ridiculous. Why are we paying for this?

Our signal ALWAYS freezes at the good part of any show. This cable service is terrible and the only type of movie you can rent is porn.

Can someone tell me why Direct TV pops up whenever anything goes wrong?

It's hard to believe LHN is still having cable issues after all this time. That is unforgivable. I wonder who was paid off in this scheme.

Gold Coast Broadband is a joke and a half, they shouldn't call themselves any kind of company, no customer support, and even though i've been complaining since friday (well I actually recorded the issue i've been complaining for months) they can't send someone till tomorrow and there's no one higher up to speak to. I don't think so. Verizon Fios is more than happy to come in. The contact for this area is

Garren Hill

one verizon way, basking ridge, nj 07920

garren.hill@verizon.com

Please share your interest in having a decent provider. Heck, Comcast was 100 times better.

It really is pathetic. The interesting thing is this thread has over a thousand views. You would think that even the slowest learner would understand that this is just bad. The money made on the cable deal can not possibly be offset by the lost sales.

I don't even call anymore when there is a problem. I try to avoid frustrating myself

I've almost completely given up tv b/c when it 'works' it doesn't work. I'm sick of the stuttering, the direct tv logo instead of a station, the lack of syncing between audio and the actors speaking and Gold Coast's utter lack of caring. I must not be the only one frustrated if you view this thread and want change leave your building and a unique number (not yours after it) i.e. I live in Sutton 1. (next would be Sutton 2) that way we have an idea of how many people are upset and can perhaps change things.

Lots of people are upset about it. Flood your condo board reps. Paper them. They are the only ones who can change it. GCB practices, while descipable and just awful, are not illegal.

Number 19

You're a bloody genius why didn't we think of that earlier. Because we don't have a list of our reps nor a way to contact them. Furthermore they never hold HOA meetings. But thanks for the advice
